j_cuevas713
I walked through here Sunday night and forgot to take pics. I'm surprised Forever 21 is still alive. After walking through the complex I feel GreenStreet has so much potential.
cspwal
I'm surprised how much I see those yellow forever 21 bags being carried around - it probably does more business than we think

bransocial
GreenStreet has so much potential. I hope all the new residential development, the hotel, improvements to Dallas St Can drive increased pedestrian traffic. I would love to see the day when GreenStreet is fully leased.
j_cuevas713
I love that Root Sports has their studio there along with some cool adult play spots like House of Blues and Lucky Strike. I think the hotel is going to drive retail, it almost has to. People who stay there are going to want to shop and play conveniently. As of right now there is a solid foundation of development to build on. It makes me wonder that if enough retail and development happens downtown, could Houston become a nice little destination city? Urbannizer
Interestingly enough, construction has been a pain in the butt for existing retailers along Dallas St. http://www.houstonchronicle.com/business/real-estate/article/Relief-for-retailers-hurt-by-downtown-construction-6499208.php
