cspwal Posted October 21, 2015 Share Posted October 21, 2015 Skyhouse Houston (the one next door) started on the garage late January and finished it late March. So this one should be done by Christmas - and block 334 built 4 wood frame floors in the same amount of time. They might still beat out Skyhouse though depending on how far along Block 334 is on interior finishing - Skyhouse Houston took another 2 months to open after the garage finished.
