  1. I don't think it's that aggressive. I mean it would be aggressive if the main building still needed to be built. The bones are there, it's just a matter of some basic redesign. I definitely see this happening. Based on all the trends and cohesive development popping up around the city, this doesn't seem unrealistic.
  2. Wow that old building went from being completely taken for granted for by those club owners to a complete renovation in to a new building.
  3. Don't forget that WeWork is also setting up shop in the building! Downtown is becoming something special.
  4. FINALLY! Midtown is becoming a very cool neighborhood!
  5. I don't see that as a reason to not want good public transit lol
  6. Based on those renderings, isn't the roadwork basically part of the build?
  7. I'll review it for myself before I take anyone else's opinion
  8. Wow these structures really solidify this neighborhood. This ties it all together.
  9. Yeah this is def going to become a shopping destination. It has too much appeal aesthetically and it's in an area that draws a ton of attention. Retail is already established in this area so you can only image what could pop up next. Maybe a Sephora, Lids, etc???
  10. W Gray is turning in to something similar to W Dallas. Lots of development on this street.
  11. Not sure if this has a thread already. http://www.chron.com/business/real-estate/article/Heights-waterworks-plan-now-includes-retail-11206224.php?ipid=ntk#photo-13051430
  12. I actually love how all these blocks are being filled with these townhomes. When you see block after block of nice townhomes, it creates a nice street presence.
