I mean I'm not upset or anything. I guess I was just expecting more transparent walls to view the activity inside. Either way the building is awesome. Our design team does the same thing with their renders, in that they make certain areas semi transparent to get an idea of the inside.

Isn't there a dumb ordinance on not being allowed to have nicely lit signs? A cool sign on top or on the side of the building would be cool, almost like cheers.

You do realize that all the other locations have done extremely well? And it's not just about sports, but good food at a good price, a place to go have a good beer, and that's not all... think about all the events this place has throughout the year along with karaoke
