asubrt
Has this shrunk? The caption for the photo (which is likely wrong) says 16 floors, 15 + 1 parking, and the body of the article says 22 floors (15 + 7).

Montrose1100
I really love the presence this building commands and is only so far along. Wish it were +20 more floors, but still a wonderful balance to the lava River that is 610.
bobruss
Since the seven floors of parking are not actually under the building. Does that make it a separate parking garage of 7 floors, and an office tower of 15 floors and a conference center?

Does that make it a separate parking garage of 7 floors, and an office tower of 15 floors and a conference center? Well being that they haven't jumped the crane and they're working on the 15th floor, I'd imagine this is it. The renderings looked far taller tho. KinkaidAlum
Just by looking at the difference in ceiling heights, it looks like the garage extends UNDER the building as well. Maybe that's just me but I doubt this thing is one floor from topping out.
brijonmang
This one still has a few more floors to go. Not one floor from topping out.

nate4l1f3
Always thought this one was going 24floors up from the ground, but then again I know nothing but what I read on here so.....

wxman
For as short as this building is currently, it certainly has a dominating presence while driving down the west loop.
H-TownChris2
One thing that I didn't catch, was that they increased the height of the crane on the building.

swtsig
I always found it odd that this building was meant w a relative blasé when the renderings were made public... I think it will be a gorgeous building w an unprecedented presence on 610.

The trifecta of this building, The Post Oak, and Arabella will be spectacular. Best boom non-continuance ever!

It was slightly over-hyped, and met with slight disappointment, but generally liking the building.
