Urbannizer
Three weeks ago, Allied Orion broke ground on Block 384 in Downtown. Twinsanity02
The interior of the Cathedral all in all  is quite beautiful. Not crazy about some of the stained glass but most are  beautiful.
EllenOlenska
I think Houston is filled with faintly "imprisoning" looking facades, some I like some I do not. But (and maybe I'm being generous) I think the Cathedral handsome when taken in from a distance. H-Town Man
Agreed, the cathedral has a very beautiful, moving interior, although it's inside a neo-brutalist exterior. I cannot think of any other cathedral that doesn't have windows below the clerestory, and I would honestly like to ask the architect (ZieglerCooper?) why he/she did this. Edited August 19, 2015 by H-Town Man
