Pretty impressivlely fast too considering they had parking garage floors to do first before the residential - this one seems to be all concrete construction, none of that "wood" stuff

Maybe, just maybe they take them out in the final construction but I wouldn't hold my breath on it.

I figured underground utilities would've been in the first phase of construction (they are, fact) but I can actually see these being buried towards the end, once the heavy equipment is out of the way. Still, just weird seeing those in downtown.

IAwesome. 

This one gets an A+ from me on being a huge improvement from what was there previously. 

 

I have such high hopes for south downtown. 

 

I probably would not want to live sandwiched between a hospital and a cathedral with a bell tower, but I love this building and what it represents.  

Hope the one on main And St Joseph takes off soon

And to think this was a camping spot for the homeless a few years ago.

There were always people sleeping around that little building. 

 

Gives hope to the area just a few block south past Pierce.  A few developments like these can really turn around the neighborhood

^^^ this development seems very very very well constructed all around.  quality everywhere.  monthly rents are going to be astronomical.....
