Earth moving equipment on the site of City Centre North (along I-10 Frontage Rd) spotted yesterday. Something in the works?

Are these the towers that they been proposing to build since like 2015?

quick question - is the completed glass building in the background with AWS and that yellow arrow symbol anything to do with Amazon ?  If it is, I think that is so awesome !  But, do correct me if its something else entirely.

As much as I like that roundabout, I'm not sure that's a good idea in this spot.  It looks nice but mixing traffic and pedestrians there isn't the best idea.
