MarathonMan
The port-a-potties have been there for months. The site has been stagnant, save the Damian's Cucina Italiana trucks that park there, since Rosalie St. was closed.
BigFootsSocks
A Replat was signed and filed to the County Clerks Website on Tuesday. It's going by the name "Pearl Brazos Rosalie" and the reason for Replat was to create "One Unrestricted Reserve" Not sure what this means, but City Plans should be signed and sealed in the coming weeks for a hopeful start in the next couple of weeks/month, if their plan is still going strong.
BigFootsSocks
I was looking at the Replat, and it looks like the reason was to include the land North and South of (and including) the recently-closed Rosalie street. Couldnt find any other plat that includes the entire footprint as one Unrestricted Reserve, so to my slightly-trained eye, this is the approval they needed to begin the Sign & Seal process with the City to begin Construction soon.
Chi-Char-Hou-Dal
I spoke to the Morgan guys by Catholic Charities and they said they were moving all equipment to this sight. Glad it doesn't seem to be stalled.
Urbannizer
New timeline given in this sub-required article http://www.bizjournals.com/houston/news/2016/09/15/luxury-developer-sets-timeline-for-midtown.html
bobruss
Its a damn shame that you can never read the meat of their articles on here especially since their reporters take so much of their info from this site. You's think they'd reciprocate.
bransocial
@Urbannizer Can you copy and past the article to the tread? What is the new timeline?

samagon
so they are going to destroy the memorial mural of Harambe?
H-Town Man
Apartment market is facing huge oversupply. I would not get excited about this until I see construction vehicles, not demo vehicles.
BigFootsSocks
True, but I'm sure Whole Foods is anxious to get their store up, and having a grocery store below will be a big enough draw for potential renters.
