Emporis has this building listed at 40 floors and 498 ft. This puts it 3 feet behind OPP and 5 feet behind the current tallest residential tower: The Huntingdon. I missed a "completed" level hiding behind the scaffolding near the top. That gives us 41 stories . . . 40 stories plus a crown/mechanical "floor" on top, all as originally planned: 2 story podium 34 stories "completed" and windowed 5 stories above un-"completed."
