Highrise Tower Posted May 4 Share Posted May 4 William Wright Baldwin, or W.W. Baldwin, the first house in Westmoreland. Pretty amazing photograph dating back to 1910. Designed by Green & Briscoe, Architects (Lewis Green and Birdsall Briscoe.) Edit: City of Bellow now. Any relation to the Allen/Baldwin family, the founders of Houston?
