Around December, I heard their Lombardi's concept is opening in the Uptown Park development. I also saw listings for positions for Lombardi's in Houston around that time, however, a location was not provided. This week, a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Registration lists construction plans for Lombardi's at Uptown Park. The possible dining and nightlife concept is planned for Uptown Park. It's taking over Belvedere's former unit at at 1131 Uptown Park Blvd, Suite 1. I think there may be a domain registered too. There is a website for Duchess with only a landing page up. I'm not sure if it's tied to the forthcoming Uptown Park concept. Duchess is a joint venture from Uptown Sushi and the team behind Lincoln Bar, Pour Behavior, Spring Street Bar, and others local hospitality concepts. According to Duchess' recently launched Facebook page, it will be a restaurant and lounge. I don't know it if that means it will be a restaurant with a lounge component.
