    In my opinion 20% sold on a building that is just over half the way up is pretty good.

    YES! You can't transform a city in 5 years it will take decades, especially a city the size of Houston.

    The other night I noticed that this had a very nice light strip on the west side of the building.

    I just realized while I was at the infamous Target with this being 17 stories, Skyhouse at 24 and Arabella at 34 it will be an ascending skyline similar to the cellphone reception signal lol

    From what I have seen once they get a few floors up they really speed up.

    Man if I lived in this building I would be at Les Givral's everyday. Those $2.50 sandwiches are boom.

    I dislike them as much as anyone else but you got to put those cars somewhere.

    I sure hope the bar can be open to the public, Houston needs some rooftop bars.
