    Man if this thing was like 40 stories plus it would be spectacular, but none the less it's still great.

    Target does not give a flying f**k about anyone's idea of a more urban district or their giant parking lot being an eye sore. As long as they are making money they will not move. People on this site tend to forget the economics that are at play in the market and only want their ideal outcomes to come true, which would be nice but not be very economically viable.

    That glazed doughnuts in the bottom of those apartments on OST had me feeling the same way, plus its 24 hours.

    The days of that crawler crane look numbered, there is not much room left for it.

    The amenities on top of that parking garage look very nice.

    Except the two of so years that it would take to demo it would be extremely noisy and would not be very ideal.

    Looking at it I agree with Nate. Maybe its the office of something and they just needed something quick, because they honestly couldn't think this would look good across the whole building.

    That's laughable, if this is the final design this developer would lose enough money to never make this mistake again.

    Yeah, most of the building that is built so far will be part of the garage.

    The garage is probably going to be as tall or taller than target, so unless you go to the edge and look down at target you will just look out toward downtown.

    That elevator shaft is Houston's mini 432 Park Avenue.

    Im assuming the dark is new and the less dark is the existing freeway? Pretty disorienting in that position lol
