    I'd sure hope they would be building after 10 people already bought units. Does anyone know what happens if something like this were to be canceled, what would happen to those peoples money?

    I thought the 11,000 square foot one in 2727 Kirby was about 8-9,000,000 when it was for sale.

    Yeah the homeless problem is a pretty big deal downtown. I drove down there yesterday and even though we are all optimistic about the downtown living incentive (or what ever its technical name is) I can see people having a hard time wanting to move there with all the homeless, and could really hurt retail if no one want to be on the streets. On another note has anyone noticed how the number of homeless has increased dramatically across the street from Memorial Herman, there must be at least 40+ that hang around that statue.

    Wow looks amazing, I cant wait for this to really get underway. $10 million for a penthouse is pretty ambitious in Houston let alone two of them. Maybe they can drop the price and I can swoop in and get it for a 99.99% discount.

    Man if this gets build that side of downtown will look and feel so different than it did just a year or so ago. There will be so much more height.

    That would be nice, they are very attractive in my opinion.

    Looking at that model I don't really see the slant where the building comes out toward discovery green. I wonder how it will look finished, if it will be slanted or what seems to be flat on the model.

    2.9 can get spread pretty thin over a building that size. Hopefully it will look much better and maybe even complement the tower.
