    I just realized what land this is on and wow that would be great if it could all get developed.

    The pace that they build these is staggeringly fast.

    The crane for the new engineering building is being finished right now.

    That next floor looks like it will be pretty tall looking at those columns.

    I like these distant shots, really gives you a feel about what impact these buildings will have.

    Looks like they will be putting the facade up on this one as it goes up.

    Looking at the 609 web cam they are putting up the tower crane now.

    Haha in Bayou Oaks on the UH campus. I pay about $500 a month for a shared room, a bit cheaper than this project will be I assume.

    Wow amazing stuff they have planned. I know the quads are not that special but I do like some of the older architecture that they provide. It will be amazing to see all this happen too bad I only have two more years left.

    When i heard about this being built I thought the same thing.

    I was just there today, with two cranes drilling and the amount of time they have been drilling they must be coming close to being done with that.

    Well they did drag their feet forever... Or was that time just spent redesigning it?

    Just looked at the web cam and part of the garage is already going up on the piece of land closest to 59.

    Tell me about it. When I go home from campus (UH) I have to go through the entirety of 290 construction. God those lanes are narrow, it also does not help that I drive a Ram 1500...
