But did he have a source other than the Downtown Development Map?

Inside source, you asked him this as well in the same thread lol

I trust his source, he leaked renderings of Hanover BLVD Place for us.

This isn't a huge update, but thought it was worth posting. I recently heard from a source that TC fully intends to break ground on Block 98 and is getting close.  I also heard that, while in the early stages, TC is working on another highrise MF in downtown Houston.  The location is unknown.  Does anyone else have any comment on this?

Any comment? This is the first update I'm actually glad to see in this thread in a while.

Bring on the MF high rises in the city core. I think my excitement level is the highest when I see our core becoming dense, especially with quality high rises.

Not a concrete update but this still sounds like a go, 4Q 2019.  My contact said they have a PM assigned to it now so that typically means go time is in the not too distant future.

Good to hear, if they close the parking lot, I'll post up.

If 2022 is the case they better had broken ground yesterday. That seems really aggressive. Then again, they built the Empire State Building (102 stories) in 1 year so what do I know.

I won't believe it until ground is broken. Too many times Lucy has pulled the football from Charlie Brown on this project.

Haha sorry I don't have all the answers! No official updates and the response given to me earlier today was they were still finalizing the building systems but I'm not sure when that might have been communicated to my source.  I think we're getting close though.
