cspwal
Are they going to paint the whole thing or keep the two toned look?
hindesky
I think they will paint the whole thing white, notice the rope for the hanging scaffold. The recent rains make it hard for the paint to cling to the concrete. I sure they are hoping for a dry spell so the can finish.

Given the lowest level apartments have sweeping views well above the tree line... Probably every unit. Each side will have champagne floor to ceiling city scape. Urbannizer
http://www.bizjournals.com/houston/news/2016/12/16/sneak-peek-tour-houstons-the-ritz-carlton-of.html Quote The Hanover Co. unveiled its latest luxury apartment tower in Houston, which boasts high-end amenities like a wine vault, cold-storage room and a dog spa. The Houston multifamily developer opened Hanover Montrose earlier this quarter. The 31-story, 327-unit luxury apartment tower is at 3400 Montrose Blvd. at the southwest corner of Montrose and Hawthorne Street. The modern glass and stone high-rise — designed by Chicago architect Solomon Cordwell Buenz — is within a short walking distance to several shops and restaurants, as well as a Kroger grocery store in Montrose. In typical Hanover fashion, the developer spared no expense in appointing its latest luxury apartment project, said John Quiroz, property manager at Hanover Montrose. The luxury apartment tower features valet parking and concierge services; an art studio with private storage closets; a cold storage room to store catered food for parties; a climate-controlled wine vault; a dog spa; a bike storage room; and a 15,000-square-foot amenity deck on the ninth floor with indoor and outdoor lounges, a demonstration kitchen with private dining room, a fitness center with a separate yoga/spinning room and a resort-style pool with cabanas, suntanning beds and outdoor grills. "With this project, Hanover aspired to be the Ritz Carlton of apartments," Quiroz said. Hanover Montrose primarily offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom units averaging 969 square feet, but also offers a couple of studios and several three-bedroom units. There are 18 two- and three-bedroom penthouse units on the top two floors with panoramic views of downtown Houston, the Galleria area and the Texas Medical Center. Rents range from $1,871 per month for a 543-square-foot studio to $10,794 per month for a three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse spanning 2,861 square feet. There are additional fees associated with amenities and services, pets and rentable garage and storage units. The property is currently 22 percent leased and has 54 residents. Hanover expects to lease up the tower within 18 months with a goal of 20 leases signed per month, Quiroz said.
lockmat
Loving this place driving south on 59 coming from downtown. It has exceeded my expectations. How is it from the street view for those that have experienced it after completion?
