Moscow-based Lukoil signed a lease for 5,900 square feet in the Kirby Collection's 13-story, 186,000-square-foot Class A office building, a source close to the deal confirmed to the Houston Business Journal. Lukoil will occupy the building's ninth floor and is expected to relocate in May. It's unclear if this will be Lukoil's second Houston office, or if it'll be relocating from its current space in 3 Greenway Plaza. Lukoil didn't return a request for comment.
