EllenOlenska
This is from a week back. I posted it on the Arabella page but I can't seem to see the image on any device. It's a pano and this tall tower is in the background.

Montrose1100
Apart from Marathon looking Handsome as always, this Hotel is filling a big gap. From the North Loop it towers above the neighbors.

Sic'EmBears
Is the building's exterior composed of EIFS, precast, cast stone, or limestone?
AREJAY
Does anybody know if the existing Rolls / Bentley dealer will remain? Or will the showroom at The Post Oak be in addition to the dealer?

thatguysly
I feel like this one topped out a couple floors early. They haven't started construction of a new floor in at least a month and I don't see any new pillars being built or added.

thatguysly
I see this one everyday so I know what it looks like. I am just saying that aside from the elevator shaft, which can be hidden in the crown, a new floor construction has not taken place in weeks. Prior to Christmas, new floors were being constructed every 7-10 days. Additionally, if you look at Urbannizer's photo near the top of the page, which shows the top of the building, I don't see any areas to attach new rebar for pillars from the previous floor. Maybe it hasn't topped out but they haven't built a new floor in 2017.
nativehoustonion
Looks like they are starting the crown.
thatguysly
If that is the case then then I count 31 floors plus the crown.
Skyboxdweller
Well as taught by Donald Trump, there are floors and then there are developer's floors, facts and alternative facts. In commercial real estate, apparently everyone in the game feels better living with the lie. Quote
