phillip_white
So far they have only painted the side facing toward Nouveau and half of the side facing Main. Up close, the paint is not thoroughly applied and there are globs of dirt and other stuff that were just covered up. This looks to me like they are just trying to polish it up in the short term... for what reason, I don't know.

cloud713
The pool deck should have a great view of downtown. I wonder if the larger balcony recessed on the top floor will be a common area?
UtterlyUrban
I am torn by this project. On the one hand, I think it's great and I hope that it gets built soon. on the other, in my minds eye, I always thought of mid-town as, "mid-rise and townhomes" and downtown was for high-rises. i am sure that I will be able to get over the latter though! Keep in mind there are several high rises going up in the midtown, museum, montrose area ( not to mention the Med Center).
Nucleareaction
I wonder why there is so little GFR? Keep in mind, I am NOT complaining that it isn't enough. Just observing that with the park right there and many assumed pedestrians, a few restaurants/cafes/shops could probably survive in this area. Purdueenginerd
This will be nice I hope. On main street too with good access to the light rail. Also, we've got a continuing merger of the med district/downtown skylines-- which in my mind is a positive.
cspwal
I think the super block is going to have a few retail spots in it

So this project will put the total to 21k. Not terrible, but still you'd think more is possible. Need that HCC parking lot to be replaced, and a few of the other lots to be filled as well. htownboy
The actual height should be a bit taller than that. There are some roof components that aren't included in that number.

H-Town Man
North elevation kind of reminds me of Trammell Crow's Block 98 tower. This is a great building.

Triton
This might possibly be the best overall development to come to Midtown so far. Perfect balance of almost everything. Remind me, when might construction start? Edited October 25, 2016 by Triton
