The residential projects had to start construction by another deadline to qualify for the tax breaks. It's actually beginning to feel like a downtown that's alive and not a movie set. Wait till baseball season starts and then its really going to get busy. As more people come down and see all thats going on perhaps will spur the interest in living in such a beautiful setting. Just think the Catalyst and Alexan are still under construction and when these two properties are finished and landscaped how exciting it will be to have so much new development in one quadrant of downtown.
