houstontexasjack
Very nice. Looks like they appropriated a photo of another building with similar features as the rendering. LS27
Although this is the 21st century, that looks a little too realistic to be a rendering. Guess it will be a copy-paste of another building, Sim City style.

Texasota
It's contemporary, so that's good. Except for that little pavilion. That looks cheap.
Sparrow
Which one Strata. East of 75. It's also by JLB. Exact same number of units.

LarryDierker
And no rendering? Weird? Well, if they are building a duplicate, perhaps what we've seen is what we'll get.
cloud713
Rendering up: http://www.jlbpartners.com/portfolio/show/37-EaDo Eado_Place.jpg is this the same look as the inside of the Strata? i hope EaDo Place turns out to be a copy of the Strata (not sure how many times ive hoped we copied a design, lol). that looks really good and i dig the S shaped LED balconies. NenaE
The landscape architecture/ pool ^^^ seems to out-shine the architecture, IMHO. With the exception of those old-looking handrails. The apartment style falls short, looks plain, not modern. About the EaDo, yeah, I'm bringing it up again, it Still sounds nasty. Putting "station" on the end just sounds bizarre. That EaDo Station design looked harsh to me, but somehow "looked in place" with the stadium. I would like to have seen a group of tall pines around the walkway, perpendicular to it, with more overall landscaping. Maybe a water feature.
fernz
Might as well. Most residents care a lot more about the pool than they do about the architecture of the building.

Alec
At least they're using concrete for more floors than the typical wrap.
LTAWACS
Isn't that for parking?
Alec
Isn't that for parking?Oops, I meant pedestal, not wrap. Anyway, the rendering / photo of prior work shows 4 floors total. If that's correct, all the floors are concrete. Of course you could be correct and the 4 concrete floors are just parking, but I think that would mean 8-10 floors overall. Either way, I like it a bit better than the average 3 wooden floors on 2 concrete.
Texasota
Those top two floor plates look awfully flat for parking.
