  1. I'm sorry, your friends played a cruel joke on you.
  2. Today was "Dunk Your Boss" day... Here comes the dunk!
  3. This. I feel like they should put some more bumps before approaching the new brick work because I feel like there's nothing warning motorists that it's a pedestrian crosswalk.
  4. Finished... whatever this is..
  5. No updates on my part. I haven't talked to my source in a while now and he was more of a client of mine so I will have to wait. It's not someone I can text randomly about a project. Trouble is, I may have a different job in the next month with CBRE so we'll have to see what happens. Either way, there should have been something released. I'm guessing there's a delay. To answer Subdude, it sounds like there isn't just one architect designing this project. What I mean is, my source was from a local architecture company and was working on the new One Allen Center design. After talking to someone else on this forum a while back, it sounds like a strong possibility that Brookfield Properties is....diversifying their building designs. So there can certainly be something in the works for Two Allen Center as well but there's not any information I know of so I didn't feel like speculating about it.
  6. Next time you drive by, make sure your window is rolled down. All I ever hear now are jackhammers going off inside. There is clearly a lot of interior work they are doing right now.
  7. What are you talking about. If you moved in here, you'd be walking distance away from one of the most active night life's in this city along Bagby. Of course I would prefer retail but would you prefer the shotgun homes that are falling apart? I'll take this development anyday. Retail will follow.
  8. 24 on top of 7 levels of parking garage and one level of ground floor lobby/retail.... 32 floors.
  9. This would be the greatest thing. I don't care how much of suburbia this reminds people. To me, this is revitalization. I don't see people complaining about all the shopping centers near 59 around Buffalo Speedway. I live close to this development and, in my opinion, it would be fantastic to have a movie theater that I can just ride my bike to instead of having to drive down to the Edwards at the Marqee. The huge problem that I actually see is for Studemont. It can't even handle the current traffic so I don't see how it can handle this development.
