    Would anyone happen to know what they are going to build here? They own a huge amount of land whoever it is and they demolished several structures. Is it just going to be townhomes or a multi-family building perhaps?     Even with the rendering, I imagine they'll tear down the trees and put in their own. From Marriott Marquis to Skyhouse, they've torn them down even with trees in the renderings.
