  5. Well... this photo was taken on Wednesday (from the 1111 Travis thread)
  6. I like Charles Gordon, but I honestly have no clue what he's talking about in that statement. Unless a major recession happens in the next few months, Cresent is a 99% go.
  7. New development map. Not much has changed. Source: http://www.scribd.com/doc/231432894/DT-MAP
  8. I have no clue what was up with the other number we were told. 12. Ah, thank you! Imagine this and this on the north side of 59:
  13. No, it was a proposed one. I believe the address is 905 Woodrow St, Houston, TX 77006. I keep thinking One Fifty or M One Fifty... I don't know honestly. It was an all-glass midrise office building.
  14. What was the name of the midrise office building near this location? It was closer to Montrose and 59.
  15. From my friend's office in Kinder Morgan: 20140625_130849 by marclongoria, on Flickr
  16. This is right near my house. That would be awesome if this was gone actually. They haven't had any incident, but I always hesitate when I drive next to their trucks full of gases. The property wouldn't be that good for retail since it isn't connected to I-10. I would imagine a multi-family unit with great views of downtown or maybe just a townhome neighborhood like the ones that are popping up everywhere there.
  17. Good to know Skyhouse has some type of lighting on top. I know many will complain about light pollution, but I feel like downtown really does need more "cool" lighting. Back shortly after the recession, I remember downtown looking completely dead and dark.
