Are these all the parcels? Borrowed original map from Swamplot and added 4001 S Main in blue. HCAD is still listing Sears as the owner of the large parking lots and main building. That can't be right. .

Clearly the building still isn't secured maybe they need some more COH violations to force a sale. -

The Suburban Home: Reinvented
BeerNut replied to arche_757's topic in Architects, Developers, Builders, and Designs
I actually like open concepts for entertaining. I have parties and cookouts at my place(2000 sq ft) and it's nice to have everyone in same room for interacting with each other. As for the garage situation most people have too much crap. It's best to be organized and have proper shelving to store the stuff in the garage that you want to keep. -

Lower Westheimer Road Construction
BeerNut replied to trymahjong's topic in Traffic and Transportation
they've recently done patch work on the road and curb cut outs on Richmond between Montrose and Spur. Seem like a waste if they plan to put in BRT. There is sign in front of Post Oak apartments detailing the project but I was driving a missed the details -
Never realized that Comicpalooza had such an impact.

Has Metro mentioned an express bus? This would definitely be of interest to me to go to Galleria from Downtown or Wheeler station.
