    Any word when they will start developing this site? After the 2nd year of them hosting D4N, I'm beginning to think that the festival in it's current form will last only as long as the site isn't developed.

    I think most of the people left in the Main and Wheeler area don't want to go to a New Hope type facility because of the rules imposed.

    I wonder what's the ratio of hotel guest that even use the hotel pool. For me personally I only get in the pool if it's that kind of vacation or the pool is baller.

    Somewhat confused on this one. The sign on the corner of the fenced lot says Nouveau Antique Bar. Also looks like they're doing remodeling on this building(maybe a temp office during construction).

    Not downtown but Midmain is a development centered around easy access to transit. People love amenities even though some go barely used. My gf joked about how people would ohhh and ahh over media/theater rooms when doing tours but tenants never used them.

    I agree with this to the point that there currently isn't a centrally located venue with a honky tonk vibe that routinely has Texas Country artists. I'm sure this place will do just fine.
