Exactly. My gf works in the apartment industry and Houston is considered one of the toughest markets for pricing projections because of all the concessions and new developments.

I-45 NB Ramp To Highway 59 NB To Close For Six Months
BeerNut replied to placoors's topic in Traffic and Transportation
Yeah this horrible. I normally exit 45NB to Emancipation and there is always traffic before my exit. I used to bypass all this traffic on the old exit to Emancipation.- 48 replies

Dry cleaning isn't used as much. Company dress code has become more casual and fabric blends are better. My gf tries to avoid buying "dry cleaning only" clothing because of cost and chemicals.

Townhomes At 2020 McGowen St.
BeerNut replied to Urbannizer's topic in Third Ward and University of Houston
Ther New construction town home asking prices have crept up above 400k in my part of Third Ward too. Although they're nicer than these. -
I'm thinking it will be somewhere in Third Ward.

Plan seems well thought out. Just remove the word 'green' so some people don't get triggered. Say it's a plan for modernization and for letting free market deciding out comes. haha What's the best way to manage businesses in residential areas that decide not to have any parking? Is it to build parking garages, residential permits, dynamic pricing for street parking, or a some combination of all three.
