  1. I hate to be that guy but this already has a post. Mod please remove @Triton @Urbannizer
  2. I'm not sure what plan they will go with but several months back they put white markings on Hutchins between Elgin and Tuam near Emancipation Park. It kinda resembles the "Proposed" picture below but looks incomplete. I'll be sure to post a picture when I get a chance.
  3. Exactly. My gf works in the apartment industry and Houston is considered one of the toughest markets for pricing projections because of all the concessions and new developments.
  4. Yeah this horrible. I normally exit 45NB to Emancipation and there is always traffic before my exit. I used to bypass all this traffic on the old exit to Emancipation.
  5. Lots of lease concessions in the Houston market.
  6. Judge urges voters to show support for Grand Parkway ahead of hearing to discuss completion plans
  7. Dry cleaning isn't used as much. Company dress code has become more casual and fabric blends are better. My gf tries to avoid buying "dry cleaning only" clothing because of cost and chemicals.

  9. Senator says Grand Parkway funding will not be cut
  10. There's an El Tiempo less than a mile away on Westheimer... Probably need to walk after gorging yourself on Tex-Mex.
  11. Houston City Council Map Could Change After 2020 Census
  12. Ther New construction town home asking prices have crept up above 400k in my part of Third Ward too. Although they're nicer than these.
  13. Plan seems well thought out. Just remove the word 'green' so some people don't get triggered. Say it's a plan for modernization and for letting free market deciding out comes. haha What's the best way to manage businesses in residential areas that decide not to have any parking? Is it to build parking garages, residential permits, dynamic pricing for street parking, or a some combination of all three.
