    What has MidMain Lofts done differently? They probably have the most available spots for GFR of any recently built multifamily and all but 2 spaces are currently leased.

    If people in the Midtown SN and Nextdoor complained even after they cut out a primarily residential section of Midtown for parking exemption I can only imagine the uproar of extending it to BW8. I think there should be plan to incrementally increase the parking exemption area outward from downtown every 5 years.

    Since everyone is speaking off topic... I used to ride/walk around Midtown and my immediate area of Third Ward but now that it's summer my motivation is lacking...haha

    This map doesn't look complete. There is a section in NW Third Ward that has no parking minimums. I understand why they didn't include all of Midtown based on the Super Neighborhood opposition. I hope there is a plan to incrementally increase this area in Midtown and possibly to Emancipation in Third Ward. Sharing previous MBP proposal map from from another thread.

    Not sure how I missed this but there is a small parcel near 69 that is listed on HCAD as being owned by Sears. I would think Rice owns or will acquire this parcel also.

    It's close when compared to how most stuff get value engineered. What details/features are you disappointed they didn't include on the finished building?
