KinkaidAlum
I'm going to need to see more views and perspectives. Right now I'll give it a solid potential. Only big pet peeve I see right now is the garage is glaring. First floor retail is a plus but seeing those ramps is a downer.
TheSirDingle
So much GIIIIIIRRRRRTTHHH. Wow this is great stuff. Now lets see what they have in stock for the other lots. Edited January 9, 2021 by TheSirDingle
nate4l1f3
They designed that perfectly for that lot. What is the gold round structure on top next to the crown?

H-Town Man
I'm going to need to see more views and perspectives. Right now I'll give it a solid potential. Only big pet peeve I see right now is the garage is glaring. First floor retail is a plus but seeing those ramps is a downer. You'd think that if they own several blocks, they could consolidate all the garages in a less conspicuous place (ideally underground) and at least have all the floors overlooking the park be for people.

thatguysly
Man you thought The Cosmo was mad, I bet Embassy Suites is pissed. Blocked their best views and the pool. In the end it is a hotel over an residential building so it won't matter as much. The guests are temporary and a lot of people will book and not realize the new views.

Montrose1100
It's cute and I hope it gets built. Looks like the parking is covered by glass, so as long as that's not exposed, we have a solid & interesting structure on the Park. The Embassy Suites deserves to be covered up.

The building is being designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification. Project start and construction order booking is expected to be announced once all required permits have been received. 26
monarch
^^^ this prospective development, is like a giant EXCLAMATION POINT to this all-important downtown district. what an absolute perfect design concept for skanska...
tangledwoods
someone needs to do a case study on the property values around discovery green before and after the park was built. IMO this will be Nancy Kinder's biggest legacy here in town. The added value to our local economy that this project brought needs to be studied!

Until then, Skanska is calling the development 1550 on the Green. .......
