This has exceeded my expectations. Looks much better than the rendering and in person. I haven't walked or driven by it so I can't say how it is from a pedestrians pov.

Tour a new Museum District luxury apartment tower

 

StreetLights Residential has unveiled its second luxury apartment project in Houston.

 

The Dallas-based multifamily developer welcomed its first residents into The Carter, a new luxury apartment tower in the Montrose-Museum District area. The 20-story, 305-unit tower sits on two acres at 4 Chelsea Blvd., just south of U.S. Highway 59 and half a mile north of Hermann Park.

 

The Carter, which opened Oct. 11, features 296 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units as well as four two-story townhome units on the ground floor and five penthouse units on the top floor. Rents range from $1,950 per month for a one-bedroom unit spanning 723 square feet to $14,500 per month for a three-bedroom penthouse spanning 3,329 square feet.

First time taking photos of this one. What's the other nearby apartment/condo tower? Is there another one besides The Southmore? I took photos of another building but don't know what it is.

I searched HAIF for "Museum Tower" and only got a forum thread for a Dallas development.  I could share the photos I took in this thread?

I wonder if the tower is actually The Southmore
