    It took this city long enough to realize how much art brings things to life. Very excited that more monies will be distributed to promote artwork throughout the city.

    Saw Singing in the Rain this past weekend at the school. Amazing students, amazing performance... I can't wait for these kids to move downtown. It just seems like the perfect move.

    They aren't destroying much. I did some work a while back on this building, and it's like stepping in to a basement it's so closed in. I'm excited for the redevelopment because this building is a bit of an eyesore to the south view of downtown.

    Yeah I wasn't impressed with the stadium when I went to watch the Stros play. They brag so much about it and I think Minute Maid is light years ahead of that place.

    I mean I'm not upset or anything. I guess I was just expecting more transparent walls to view the activity inside. Either way the building is awesome. Our design team does the same thing with their renders, in that they make certain areas semi transparent to get an idea of the inside.

    Exactly what I said. So no it isn't built as advertised. It looks way more open in the renderings.

    I don't see the development as bad. It fit's in well with that side of downtown, and it cleans up an existing building. I don't see organizations like this as a nuisance. This is the inner city and these places are needed.

    Isn't there a dumb ordinance on not being allowed to have nicely lit signs? A cool sign on top or on the side of the building would be cool, almost like cheers.
