The page for this project has the address listed as "22 Waugh Dr", but the commercial page says North Wynden.

Curious. Not familiar with the old Masraff's location. Would this be off Post Oak Ln?

I looked it up. It's a little street just northwest of post oak and uptown park blvd

It looks like this proposal may be a part of this mixed-use development.

An applicant for the potential mixed-use has filed a replat to create an unrestricted reserve and the site for this project is included:

A master plan was prepared to provide a development vision for a 14-acre site. The site features a natural ravine and a direct connection to the region’s signature open space. Our design approach extends this amenity to accommodate 1.8 million square feet of office, retail, conference and residential use. The building shown in detail here is  the first building resulting from the master plan. The Building is designed to meet LEED gold and will be completed in 2017

Hate it.

The type of architecture I want to see in Houston are ones that interact more with their surroundings. this has very little ground floor interaction. Really hate that long stretch of wall on the bttm floors on the southern side

It looks to me like most of the ground floor on the southern side is glass, and completely interactive with the surroundings.
