I think people forget that there are many neighborhoods between the north Beltway 8 between 249 and 59. Like it just doesn't exist until you hit Spring.

I'm originally from Northside..off Cavalcade, but have called Cypress home since 1977. The Cy-Fair area has grown tremendously since then and is off 290 going north of downtown Houston.

I live in Galveston during the fall, winter and spring months and Bellaire near 610 during the summer but, after this summer ends I won't live in Galveston, staying in Bellaire.

I live in the near East End a block outside of downtown, but I'm looking to move in downtown this month. I wish there were more options. My budget's no more than 1300 which seems to give me St. Germain and Kirby lofts as options, with the occasional Bayou Lofts unit.

So I live in Upper Kirby... If Greenway area was an option I woulda checked that... closest I could come is checking Galleria.
