gene
Maybe one of these new builds can have target be the ground floor, then parking garage then hotel or condos or apartments or offices...otherwise nobody touches my target! 😵 Edited December 10, 2019 by gene

Allowing someone to develop or build on the parking lot? It could mean they anchor the ground floor of a building. Maybe some sort of mixed use like Whole Foods and HEB? On a side note, you don’t realize just how dense the inner loop is until you look at it from above. Highrise Tower
The infamous vacant Westcreek parcel that once had the hotel proposal. The land value must be so high that nobody wants to buy it. Photo from today.
