HoustonMidtown
Explain to me what the HAR listing is -- it appears it's the land for sale with the plans for the condos thrown in if the buyer wants them ?
Urbannizer
Explain to me what the HAR listing is -- it appears it's the land for sale with the plans for the condos thrown in if the buyer wants them ? I didn't notice that. After looking at the area via street view I think it may be difficult to sell condo units here.
cspwal
You could...but the streets need work. A lot of work...
HoustonMidtown
There are still a few blocks of "sketchy" homes left in the area, but it is changing fast - lots of new town homes going up all around it....I would buy a condo there if the price was right
Alec
^Great shot of Market Square Tower (far left of the skyline). I like how MST and 2016 Main are about the same height now and look like a set of bookends for the city.

HoustonMidtown
My realtor says this isn't a condo but a single family home? I have to say as the work progresses, it doesn't look like condos to me either... Edited August 26, 2016 by HoustonMidtown

houstontexasjack
Where would unit owners park? I agree this now looks more like a bigger single family home.

HoustonMidtown
The garage is barely visible on the far left, under the 5-paned windows

BeerNut
People complain about townhomes being out of place in neighborhoods but this is next level. That density though...
Texasota
Is it density though? Or is it just a single big house? It doesn't really look like it's condos anymore...

Maybe a condo per floor? Or two condos total with large floor plans?
BeerNut
Looks like 3 units from the drawing.
Texasota
Right but the drawing seems to have nothing to do with what they're building. This looks like *maybe* two units to me.
mattyt36
That construction is not at 1419 Robin St--that's at the 1100 block.
Brooklyn173
Based on Google, I'd put it at 1019 Robin Street valentine.pdf Edited April 20, 2017 by Brooklyn173
terra002
I recently saw that the grocery store on Robin st has sold. Does anyone have any info on that? I drove by a few weeks ago, and there was a fence around the entire corner of robin and wilson. (the lot next to the grocery store and also the location of a murder on the 4th of July.) This would be a great step for the neighborhood.
mattyt36
Yep, that sounds right, 1000 block, not 1100.
