Luminare
Sunset between Ashby and Cherokee. If it looks anything like that project does, who cares? So you are fine with having in your life smart phones, computers, tablets, all manner of machines, most likely contemporary furniture and even interiors, but the exterior of the building remains stuck a full century behind? Do you still use an Apple II, Is your car steam powered? Do you read by candle light? It's because of this warped dichotomy that I do care what it looks like. jt16
No need for the attack. Not everyone has to think like you. And you know what, you aren't always right. I kind of love going into an early 1920s Heights bungalow and finding modern interior design and technologies.
KinkaidAlum
I live in an English tudor built in 1926 but with a crazy modern interior. I love it. Style isn't up to just you.

Urbannizer
65% sold according to their website. http://www.courtlandtmanor.com/ Also -- there's a second phase for this, the video below shows how the townhomes will look once both are complete.
bobruss
That is an incredible presentation, and a very nice and expensive looking place to live. I love the courtyard and the massing is nice.
Alec
If the courtyard was a small private park with trees, it would look just like Tudor City in Manhattan. Dedicating that unique space entirely to garage access is such a waste; at least plant a few caged trees to shield the garage doors from back views.

jmitch94
Do many town homes that are four or five stories have elevators? I've lived on third floor walk ups for the past three years and any more then that would start to get real old, fast.

dbigtex56
The quaint names for the various units recall Merrie Olde England much in the same way as Dick Vandyke's English accent in "Mary Poppins".

rayjay
This project really grew on me a lot, looks really good now! I just wish that they would remove the fence that separates the front doors from the sidewalk, but that's minor.
