Am I the only one who feels that way?^^^ to some degree you are correct wxman. however, this is all due to this edifice's very intricate and many qualitative details. i don't know upon whether or not, if houston has ever seen a building this dynamic and sophisticated.... True, this may be a skyscraper this dynamic when they built Pennzoil Place in the 70's. Plus Gerald D. Hines wants Platinum LEED Certification.
