    according to wikipedia, we have 5000 hotel rooms downtown because 'houston isn't a leisure tracvel market'... we're not, We're a business city, and we don't have nearly enough rooms for the convention business.... Adding on 2000- 3000 rooms will bring it up to snuff.... we'll need more restaurants and bars, more places to hang out, more everything.... Downtown is still booming in spite of the oil price drop.
