    nope, that area won't be as shady, but now they're going to move to downtown, and in 5 years, downtown will die a slow death and become a seedy area again.

    my muse A***** took a picture of Arabella tonight from the memorial park area. It has blue and green LED lighting.... I was actually impressed with RD's work on this one and for the record, the mural inside of Marlowe doesn't suck- it's better than that cartoon of Lightinin that is across the street... lol

    I'm getting a "1960's office building converted to a parking lot with something thrown on top" vibe. It looks like it will have ample parking for the residences on top AND for the nightlife in the area.

    I think I said it in this post before, but it needs to be said again. Gare du Nord is 4 miles away from main attractions in Paris, and 7 miles away from the CBD.
