    That sign definitely deserves better than blank townhouse walls as a backdrop. The whole time they were building those I had hope there would be some landscaping that would keep the two entities separate but obviously I was in fantasy-land. However, the fact they plopped them there behind this 'iconic' sign is intrinsically Houston. Maybe it should just stay as it is.

    My brother recently started working for a contractor that designs/constructs a lot of the 'guts' (internal workings) of multi-family projects around the country (many of which here in town) and this is one that they are on (also Aris Market Square and Skyhouse to name a few). I'll try to pass along info on this one (and others) as it comes to me.

    Well, on the opposite side of the tower from the webcam, there was a window washing scaffold that was off-kilter they were trying to corral. They seem to have issues with the camera every time they make the rounds with the window washers. I assume they just push it out of the way to get the scaffolding down the building without issue.
