  1. Yep. The construction diagram submitted several months ago to the city (when the developer was seeking a variance request) indicates The Burger Joint's forthcoming location at 5403 Kirby Dr will include garage doors. I think the garage doors are a feature for The Burger Joint (like the Heights and this one.) The feature is also planned for the forthcoming Memorial location at 1016 Gessner Rd. The diagrams were posted several posts up: πŸ‘‡πŸΏπŸ‘‡πŸΏπŸ‘‡πŸΏπŸ‘‡πŸΏ
  2. @Urbannizer @Triton please merge this topic with the ongoing topic about 5403 Kirby Dr and 2525 Albans. They're the same property / development. As noted many times throughout the discussion for the subdivision plat named Archimedes, the parcels for 5403 Kirby and 2525 Albans were combined into a single reserve to make way for both The Burger Joint and The Taco Stand. The two restaurants are on the same plat. They are also outlined in the documents the developer submitted to the city when seeking a variance for the property. https://www.houstonarchitecture.com/haif/topic/51746-5403-kirby-dr/
  3. @hindesky this is not new news. The Taco Stand opening an outpost at 2525 Albans is discussed several times in the topic for 5403 Kirby Dr. As noted many times throughout the discussion the parcels were combined into a single reserve to make way for both The Burger Joint and The Taco Stand. It's also outlined in the documents the developer included when seeking a variance for the property. The document includes a site plan, which is in the existing topic for BOTH PROPERTIES (5403 Kirby Dr). The site plan clearly notes there are TWO tenants on the property: The Burger Joint (5403 Kirby Dr) and Future Restaurant / The Taco Stand (2525 Albans.) A search which shows 2525 Albans already discussed in the existing topic for the property: https://www.houstonarchitecture.com/haif/search/?q=%222525%20albans%22&quick=1&updated_after=any&sortby=newest Posts about The Taco Stand coming to 2525 Albans which is included on the same parcel as The Burger Joint which is why it's all in one topic already https://www.houstonarchitecture.com/haif/topic/51746-5403-kirby-dr/ πŸ‘‡πŸΏπŸ‘‡πŸΏπŸ‘‡πŸΏπŸ‘‡πŸΏπŸ‘‡πŸΏ Site Plan which shows both The Burger Joint and The Taco Stand as tenants for the same development:
