  1. HHA proposal for KCG Development to build a multifamily development. https://www.kcgcompanies.com
  2. They seem like a leasing company and not a company that sells properties.
  3. "A new skyscraper breaking ground in downtown Austin is expected to usurp Houston’s claim to fame as hosting the tallest tower in Texas. This latest addition to the Austin skyline, called Waterline, will add to Rainey Street’s transformation." https://www.houstonchronicle.com/business/real-estate/article/Swanky-new-Austin-high-rise-to-overtake-Houston-17422185.php#photo-22894998 For those that don't have a Houston Chronicle Subscription the Chron site also posted the story. https://www.chron.com/business/article/Waterline-Austin-tower-tallest-Texas-building-17422694.php
  4. There is a Tweet comparing Verlander's and Hunter Brown's delivery, they are both exactly alike. https://twitter.com/raford3/status/1567210981259988992?s=20&t=JETqqWQjQjEYdkT4gJcPTA
  5. She definitely has perseverance, seems like she shows up at least once a week. I don't have the heart to tell her what the plans are.
  6. Parking, the old building to be a volleybar.
  7. Work has started, crew is creating an equipment entrance at Freund St. at Middle St. Which I think is a bad place to put it since all the streets are tiny and everyone parks on the narrow streets. They should create an entrance on Kennedy St. at Middle St. since it's a straight shot in to the property. Pin drop is where they are creating the entrance.
  8. Went by to talk with a crew member since work has started close to where I live. He is the inspector overseeing the project. He said they started here at Kipling St., Audubon St. and Holman St. since the Greek Annunciation School has already started up. They had planned to start by the school but changed plans due to a late start of the project. They have had a tree trimming company trim some of the trees that the heavy equipment could hit. There are construction barrels all along the street and construction netting around some of the trees. He admitted it is going to be a big mess for those who live along those streets since it will be open cut trenching.
  9. While driving by a while ago I saw two guys walking the property that had just gotten out of a Porsche. Before I could get back to ask them what's up they had left. Only 4 businesses still in operation here. I'm guessing whoever owns it is waiting out the leases.
