Tellepsen, who has been working on this project for over a year now, was recently notified by the university that they were going to put the project out on the street to bid. Proposals were recently submitted by multiple general contractors and the project has not yet been awarded at the moment.

St. Regis Residences & Future Multifamily On Asbury Pl.
Paco Jones replied to SpaceCity's topic in Going Up!
Dirt and site work will last about 10 months. Nothing solid planned yet but currently kicking around the idea of a mid-rise multifamily on the west side of the lot and possibly bringing in another developer for the east side.- 376 replies

MD Anderson Clinical Services Building At 6516 MD Anderson Blvd.
Paco Jones replied to sevfiv's topic in Going Up!
Architect: Perkins&Will General Contractor: Austin Commercial Information: The Clinical Services Building (CSB) comprises a major addition to the existing UT MD Anderson Cancer Center campus at Texas Medical Center (TMC), in Houston, Texas. It will occupy the former “Dental School” site, at the northeast corner of the TMC hospital campus, that is readied for construction. The project is to include approximately 757,000 gross square feet of new construction. The project constitutes an initial phase of a multi-phase expansion of inpatient services on the main hospital campus, and it is being designed to support the ultimate growth up to an approximate 1,200 inpatient bed campus. It is anticipated that the CSB Project will include a basement and eleven stories of new construction to house selected campus clinical services departments.- 77 replies
