Back in either 2020 or 2021, the retail leasing agent for Autry Park released a merchandising plan with concepts and stores. There weren't specific retailers listed, only general descriptions of what may occupy each unit. 

Recently, Autry Park updated the retail section on their website with previously reported retailers. Also listed are confirmations of concepts speculated here a few pages back. When I last checked Autry Park's website in July, the retailers weren't listed.

The brochure includes site plans and floor plans for the offices. It also includes a site plan of confirmed retail tenants at Hanover Autry Park and Hanover Parkview.




This is from the brochure; the lettering is off in the brochure, so it doesn't match up entirely...

An architectural barriers project for Duo was registered yesterday with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Duo / Duo Coffee & Pilates is a local coffee shop and pilates studio business. Their Autry Park outpost will be their second location. 

According to the filing, Duo will be located is a 4,310 sf ground floor unit at Hanover Autry Park. 3737 Cogdell St, Suite 180 is the listed address.

Construction is estimated for April and is expected to conclude by August. LH2 Architecture LLC is the architect on record.
