corbs315 417 Posted March 15, 2018 I drove down Gray past Montrose and barely noticed a "Now Leasing" sign on Gibbs for this. Cool!

LBC2HTX 287 Posted October 1, 2018 http://edge-re.com/Properties/Houston/~MontroseBlvdWestGraySt-Lease/MontroseBlvdWestGraySt-Lease.pdf Updated leasing brochure. Entire first floor has been leased to a medical office, so the streetside renderings of diners was for naught.

Well at least the site plan is good to the point where something else can fill in if the medical thing leaves at some point. Kind of a bummer though. This would have been a great way to really activate that street corner.

I'm bummed that its mostly being taking up by a medical office though (reason for the front driveway and canopy). Hopefully at some point there is a replacement for that which can really make that corner feel like a nice space.
crock 78 Posted June 28 was flabbergasted by how well it looks when driving by it yesterday. If only there was some way to get the giant midrise being built above the plumbing store to have the same sort of architectual lines/vibe.

Yeah. Its definitely a waste. I hope the medical facility is replaced with something different at some point and the drive in can be replaced with a plaza, but overall the revamp of this building is quite nice. It really brings that corner into prominence. Theres a nice glow to the white. Just need to switch out the primary use at some point. Lots of potential though.
wilcal 761 Posted August 12 Not the greatest pic, but was driving by this weekend and snagged a shot while at the red light. I think it looks great except for that awkward drive-thru. I wish it was a patio like in the renderings for a restaurant
