At one point, the Books-A-Million next door was staying there essentially rent free, but their business model has issues above and beyond limited foot traffic. Not sure I've seen that, except in pictures of super-duper talls like 1 WTC/Burj-Khalifa. What do they do with t he hole left behind. democide Posted May 1, 2014 Share Posted May 1, 2014 I assume, in this case, those areas are only going to be sub-terrain development, meaning they are outside the perimeter of the tower going up but are within the tunnel area being developed.
