Looks like my assumption is right: Perigold will occupy the former Banana Republic and Z Gallerie units at Highland Village. Banana Republic operated at 3922 Westheimer. Z Gallerie operated at 3920 Westheimer. An architectural barriers project filing was submitted today for Perigold. Based on the filing, the furniture store will be located at 3920 Westheimer Rd within Highland Village. Instead of Slowpokes on Bell, the name of the proposed subdivision plat for the 2305 Bell St parcel is BlendIn Coffee on Bell. BlendIn Coffee on Bell, a proposed Class 2 subdivision plat (C2), was submitted to the Planning & Development department yesterday. The following street addresses are located on the property: 2305 Bell St 2307 Bell St 2309 Bell St According to the proposed plat, the reserve size is 0.14. The reason for the plat is "to create one unrestricted reserve" (unrestricted reserve A). I think the proposed Class 2 subdivision plat might be on the agenda for the upcoming planning commission meeting. Based on the plat report, this is up for a Reconsideration of Requirements.- 1
