Retail Building - 2220 Commerce St.

It looks like a kitschy shop called Confetti Riot has opened at 2220 Commerce Ste. E. Their website suggests they carry a similar type of product as Space Montrose.

Members received an email on Monday with the news. Anyone know why they closed or what might be replacing them?

I don't know what's replacing the gym, sorry.

However, @Urbannizer @Triton (not HT), please consider editing the title for this property. This is building with multiple tenants. It's listed as only 2220 Commerce.

As a member, it is disappointing but frankly not too surprising.  As sudden as it was, with many members being left with months of prepaid membership, which have not yet been returned, it appears to be a financial crisis.   I do know, that the owner was very upset by the plans to route Commerce Street under the tracks, which appears as though it may cut-off/isolate the property.  But, that is not the reason for the closure.

Are these plans listed in another thread? I haven't heard of a reroute.
